Questions about orders & notifications

When you place the order, the tracking code is sent to you in the email. It is also available on the order status page you can find from your account on Royal Moon Lamp.

You can use that tracking code to track your order from our tracking page.

You can also use parcelsapp.com to track your orders.

For deliveries outside the US, it will take 12 to 25 days. If you avail expedited shipping, we offer DHL / FedEx to make delivery possible in 5 to 7 days (you have to bear the extra shipping charges for expedited shipping).

For customized orders, it can take 7 extra days to prepare and ship orders.

The order confirmation email is sent when the payment has been made and your order is accepted at our site. Our system automatically sends the order confirmation email as soon as the order is placed.

If you can not find the email in your inbox, please try looking in spam, notifications or promotions folder in your mailbox.

If you still can’t find the email, there is a possibility that the email put in while placing the order was not correct. You can contact our support to correct the email in your order and we will re-send the order confirmation email.

If you have already checked your spam folder and made sure that the email used in the order is correct and the same you are checking to find the email; there might be one of the following reasons:

1. You have placed a custom order? It takes 5-7 extra days to prepare and ship the custom lamp orders.

2. Shipping might have been delayed due to holidays order other rare circumstances. You can get in contact with our customer support if the issue is not resolved.

Before starting the procedure, contact us with:

1. Your order number that was included in confirmation email

2. Your email address via you placed the order

3. Your Full Name and Address

4. Purchase date of returning article

We normally ship all orders within 24 hours however it can take 1-3 days to ship orders on weekends.

Custom Royal lamps require extra care and effort to be produced, they can take up to 7 days to be shipped.

When you place order, it is automatically sent to the warehouse system and they ship it as soon as they receive it which gives a very small window for changing or cancelling the order before its shipped.

If an order has been shipped, we can not stop or cancel it, however, you can use our return policy if you have changed your mind.

Custom Orders:

As custom orders are produced on special request and with special requirements, once they go into production, they are property of customer and unfortunately, we are not able to cancel those orders.

As the orders are shipped via an automatic system, we can only change the address if our support team gets a request before the order is processed. We will try to help you out in this regard. We apologize in the case your order is shipped.

We are based from NY. We are required to charge taxes on the orders from New York only. We don’t have any other charges than shipping (only if you choose a paid shipping) or the product cost itself.

Yes, we offer gift cards through email with all the necessary instructions to compensate you when checking out. Avail the gift cards for your near and dear ones and give them the choice of selection.

Happily, and safely.Our Royal Moon Lamps do not heat up on while ON. you and your kids can touch and hold it willingly without getting harmed.

While charging, multicolor moon lamp is always on with red light.
